ACCOUNTING AND BASIC MANAGEMENT
- Budget planning and preparation for the fiscal year with the board of directors;
- Collecting condominium fees on behalf of the board of directors;
- Bookkeeping;
- Produce a financial statement of operations;
- Acknowledgment of expenditures for budget items approved by the board of directors;
- Maintain a contingency fund approved by the board of directors;
- Monitor budget;
- Bank Reconciliation;
- Payment of condominium bills;
- Make suggestions to optimize certain items of the declaration of co-ownership.
